To
deter bandwidth theft I have began to add a caption at
the bottom right-hand corner of a few of the photographs.
At the present time this effects only a very few of the photographs in
the sheep and lambs section. You are welcome to remove this. If you would like to
have the graphics at full size minus the caption please
write to me at the above e-mail address and I will send
you a copy by e-mail attachment of the original free of charge for use for
the above purposes.

Desktop Wall Paper
Here on
this website it is not possible to include too many
images at the larger sizes as there is not enough
space for such large files on our host server
You can find a large selection of our photographs on

flickr photograph stream
many
of which are suitable for use as desktop wallpaper.
How to make
desktop wallpaper
It is quite simple to make your own desktop wallpaper,
all you need is graphics editing software such as
Photoshop, PhotoImpact, Paint Shop Pro. We use
PhotoImpact and the instructions which follow are for
Photo Impact 10, but mostly the procedure is similar in
any graphics software. Open the software, go to menu bar
and select adjust than resize. In the Resize window (or
some software resample) click User Defined and choose
Pixels from the drop down menu, usually it is set at
percent. Enter the size you require in the Width and
Height, for example in the width box enter 1024 and the
height box should than display 768. Make sure that the
following are checked: resample method, aspect ratio and
base image, particularly aspect ratio. Under the heading
Resolution make sure the drop down menus are set to
User-defined, 72 and pixels/inch Now I am by no means an
expert but these are the settings I use to make desktop
Wallpaper for this website.
