Swaledale sheep get their name from the peaceful Swaledale valley in the northern Yorkshire Dales. They are also found in various hill or mountainous locations throughout the UK, mostly in Cumria, County Durahm and of course throughout Yorkshire. The photographs here are taken in the Swaledale valley.
